The experience that Xtensible Technology has gained over the last six years while providing an online marketing system to thousands of Realtors® and over 1 million Internet home shoppers is applied to each product that we create. Our main focus is geared towards providing value to the businesses that purchase our products as well as offering the Internet consumer a very rewarding experience.

To date, our products have excelled in their ability to capture consumer interest while providing an innovative, clear and SPAM free communication mechanism for the merchant to leverage while reaching out to the consumer.

Always on the Leading Edge

Our patent pending real estate application, MLSpulse™ was developed in 2001. At that time, when daily or weekly updates on property availability were the norm: we started providing updates once every 10 minutes. We also created a Branded Desktop Application (BDA) which is used to notify consumers of new property listings matching their search criteria as well as notifying Realtors® of new prospects. This was completed in 2001 - long before Southwest's Ding!, long before the industry had come up with the term BDA.

Our real estate product literally changed the way that some companies conducted business. By leveraging our products and industry alliances our customers are the Realtors® that are thriving in a slowing market while their competitors are closing their doors.
